My Story

Client Focus and Specializations

I approach my clinical practice with compassion and empathy which are key components for my therapeutic relationships with clients. Over the past 7 years I have worked with clients with behavioral issues and varying degrees of mental health challenges including schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, severe traumas, addictions and abuse. I have provided crisis intervention in environments surrounded by diversity, marginalization and oppression. The experience and understanding I have gained working with such a diverse and vulnerable population demonstrate how committed I am to making a difference in the lives of so many individuals. I am very passionate about helping others and strive to build a relationship with my clients to help empower them.

Working with youth, teens, adults, seniors, and groups, I provide a warm, encouraging, and non-judgmental space for you to explore and process your feelings. I want to help you address concerns, achieve goals, and make positive changes in your lives by adding a sense of comfort into therapy
