Amy is dedicated and passionate about helping individuals gain insight and understanding of their strengths, goals, and hope by working on and personalized goals and objectives. Life can be a challenge, both positive and negative. Amy specializes in substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.  She has a special interest in working with individuals with trauma, veterans, and individuals/couples struggling with sexual issues in their lives.
