Client Focus and Specializations
Amy is dedicated and passionate about helping individuals gain insight and understanding of their strengths, goals, and hope by working on and personalized goals and objectives. Life can be a challenge, both positive and negative. At times we may not know how to help ourselves become unstuck or how to work through life and asking for help can be difficult. As human beings, we are designed to make connections with others through shared experiences but a great appreciation of our differences. Amy works with her clients to get unstuck in unhealthy patterns that are holding them back from the life they want. Amy specializes in substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She has a special interest in working with individuals with trauma, veterans, and individuals/couples struggling with sexual issues in their lives.
