My Story
I believe that you have everything already within you to heal, grow, and thrive. My role, as a therapist, is to simply support you in that self-discovery journey–to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, navigate challenges with compassion, and move toward the life you want to create. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns with curiosity and care, so that you can step into a more empowered and authentic self.
I incorporate several different therapy modalities to meet my clients’ diverse experiences and growth points. Somatic therapy can help clients reconnect with their bodies and process ‘old,’ stored emotions. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in understanding and harmonizing different parts of self with compassion and curiosity. I also utilize parts of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to foster emotional processing and relational healing. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can help clients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for individuals to explore their inner worlds, heal from past wounds, and cultivate meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, and deeply rooted in the belief that healing happens within connection—both back to ourselves and to others.
If you’re curious, or want to discuss if we might be a good fit, feel free to reach out for a consultation. I would be honored to connect and hold space for you. People heal best in community.
Currently, I provide telehealth sessions for individual adults, couples, or older teenagers in Ohio, with services available in English.
