Dana is a licensed social worker and chemical dependency counselor with over 30 years’ experience in the social service field, 12 of this clinical work. She has worked in community mental health/substance abuse agencies working with both adults and children, individual and groups sessions.

Dana utilizes a variety of techniques and skills to draw upon people’s personal strengths towards meeting their treatment goals. Dana is a certified trauma-responsive care therapist who understands the impact of trauma and toxic stress and will provide compassionate, non-judgmental interventions that seek to alleviate symptoms and help obtain a higher level of functioning and healing. Dana specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Dana’s client say she is very caring and genuine but also gently challenges them to view their issues differently.
