Jennifer Ladonne, LSW
Clinical Therapist
My Bio
No matter what your life challenges are, I believe every one of us possesses the ability to heal, grow, become stronger and thrive. My role as a therapist is to guide you in discovering and cultivating your inner strengths and resilience in order to restore balance and joy in your life and relationships.
I welcome individuals of all ages, from adolescents to seniors, in my practice and draw from many therapies and modalities honed in my years as a therapist and meditation teacher, including cognitive-behavioral therapies, strengths-based approaches, trauma-informed therapies, mindfulness and meditation, and breath and body work. I am a certified CBRT (Compassion-based Stress Reduction) instructor.
My Story
Some of the protocols I specialize in are teaching coping and life skills to help reduce anxiety, stress and depression; supporting individuals through relationship challenges, loneliness and grief; helping to resolve issues around trauma and abuse; supporting individuals through dependency, codependency and difficult life transitions; and helping young people navigate low self-esteem and social issues by cultivating life-long skills.
Starting or re-starting therapy is an important and courageous step. I’m committed to meeting you wherever you are through warmth, deep listening, openness and compassion. I work virtually in Ohio.
