My Story
In short: If you’re not satisfied with where you’re at, and you want to find a way out of fruitless, hindering, or damaging cycles, you are in the right place.

Navigating the human experience can sometimes feel like trying to assemble furniture without the instructions. As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples decipher those cryptic diagrams, particularly when anxiety, depression, or the pressures of a demanding career or destabilized relationship threaten to turn your carefully curated life into a pile of spare parts. My practice is deeply informed by my own encounters with life's more perplexing cycles, granting me a nuanced understanding of identity, relationships, and the art of transformative change.
I eschew the 'one-size-fits-all' approach, preferring to tailor therapeutic interventions to the unique contours of your lived experience. Drawing from a diverse toolkit, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and person-centered approaches, I collaborate with you to craft a personalized roadmap toward your goals. My aim is to cultivate a therapeutic space that is both safe and stimulating, where exploration and insight can flourish.
If you suspect we might be a good match, or if you're simply intrigued by the prospect of a more tailored therapeutic journey, I invite you to schedule a consultation. Let's engage in a dialogue that illuminates your path forward.
Currently, I provide telehealth sessions for individual adults, couples, or older teenagers in Ohio, with services available in English.
