Tips for using TherapyMate

• Completing initial intake paperwork needs to be done on a computer or laptop.

• If you are trying to log in and cannot scroll to the submit button or password area, try zooming your screen in or out.

• The system automatically logs out after 10 minutes for security reasons, please complete your paperwork when you have time to sit down and complete it.

• The telehealth platform for video chat is also available on TherapyMate.
