Victoriya Reich is a clinical social worker and chemical dependency counselor who provides comprehensive therapy and case management for individuals, couples, families, and companies to improve personal and profession development.
Amy Smitke, LISW-S, LICDC

Amy is an experienced & passionate Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation. She holds an independent license in Chemical Dependency. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Chemical Dependency Counseling from Tiffin University, a Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University.

Samantha has worked in various areas, and has found herself most passionate about helping young adults and adults dealing with depressive moods, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem and self-confidence, eating disorders, body image, self-harm, postpartum, and various life changes.
William Bivins, MSW, LSW
Clinical Therapist

William is a Licensed Social Worker who graduated with his bachelor’s degree and masters degree in 2021 and 2022, respectively. He has served in the United States’ military since 2006, which has included travel throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, as well as throughout the United States.

Nicole is a Licensed Independent Social Worker, who started in Child Welfare out of grad school and moved into School Social Work. Nicole graduated from Wright State University. Nicole has been working with children and families for the last five years, but would like to move into working with adults. Nicole has a passion for helping adults, parents, and families. Nicole would like to help clients take steps into healing, build resilience, work through challenges and gain confidence. Nicole's drive is to create an inclusive and welcoming time with clients.
Brittany Pichichero, LSW, LCDCIII, EMDR Trained

Brittany has spent most of her career in the treatment of substance use disorders with co occurring mental health diagnoses. Since having her children in 2021 and 2023, Brittany became more interested in parental and postpartum mental health. Brittany has worked with a diverse population of adults and creates a safe and open space for healing using skills from CBT, DBT and EMDR.

Amanda currently has her Social Work Trainee License and is pursuing her Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University. After graduation, she hopes to pursue clinical work where she can follow her passion of positively impacting other’s lives. Amanda has a lot of experience with youth, adolescents, and athletes, but is interested in working with all populations at this time.

Aleks has a BA in Psychology from Duke University, and is a Master’s in Social Work student at The Ohio State University. They focus on supporting individuals through trauma recovery, life changes, and self-exploration, and particularly welcome clients with immigrant backgrounds, marginalized identities, and diverse relationship structures.
