
My Bio
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Flight Instructor. I obtained my Masters degree from Syracuse University in Marriage and Family Therapy after attending San Francisco University where I earn my Bachelors degree in Psychology. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings serving individuals, couples, and families. believe taking care of our mental health unlocks doors and gives us the ability to accomplish a life brimming with worthiness, connection and meaning. I work with people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, women’s issues, LGBTQI+ and other underrepresented communities through individual, family and couple therapy. As a pilot, I also specialize in understanding the unique mental health needs of the aviation community.

Jennifer has worked in various areas, and has found herself most passionate about helping children starting at age 6 through older adults. She works with individuals, couples, and families. Jennifer approaches each client(s) care with a individualized approach to meet the needs of those she serves She is kind, compassionate, and understanding. Jennifer's style works to meet the client where they are to help them through their journey. She utilizes a different treatment modalities to address different client needs and barriers.
